FAQ

How much are home inspections?

Home inspection costs are mostly determined by square feet of the property. Things that can increase the price are things like whether or not it has a crawl space, ease of access to a home's systems, and the addition of other structures in the site that need inspecting. Pricing really is dependent on the listing and the details provided. If you call about a possible inspection, we can break down the actual costs and give a quote right then and there on the phone or through email.
